Bean and Goose

Bean and Goose, in the Ballyloghan Business Park, Gorey, sells the complete Bean and Goose range of fine chocolates. They also sell limited edition and special pieces, made in very small batches with traditional methods. The shop is open Monday through Thursday.

Bean and Goose are opening up their Bean Lab, the space where they experiment, to the public. Every Tuesday and Wednesday they show you how to make their chocolate and help you create your own bar of organic, ethically sourced chocolate to take home.

Sustainability has always been at the forefront of Bean and Goose, who partner with the organic producer Original Beans for their raw materials, to limit the impact on the planet. They never use any palm oil in their products. Bean and Goose work with responsible suppliers such as Tara Hill Honey, Connemara Organic Seaweed Company, Highbank Orchards, Oriel Sea Salt and Achill Island Sea Salt.
