Carmel Rooney Art

Carmel Rooney Art is a shop and working art studio set up in September 2021. Her speciality is painting local historical buildings.

Carmel paints using a palette knife and acrylic paints on canvas. Her paintings are scanned at the Copper House in Dublin City and her prints are of a high quality as a result of the scans. Prints are giclée limited editions and signed. All prints provide historical information of the building on the back.

All visitors can expect a warm welcome and a tour of her gallery. All prints and postcards can be posted to free up the visitor from carrying their purchases. There is also seating available for weary travellers.
