Kilmokea Country Manor Gardens

Explore the spectacular Kilmokea Country Manor Gardens, covering almost seven acres. Stroll along the winding paths of the walled garden and admire the amazing display of exotic plants. With over 130 different species, the garden is a delight to both the keen amateur and the more advanced horticulturalist.

Book in advance for a guided tour of the garden and learn about the history of the house and garden as well as the Anglo Norman homestead, Viking settlement and monastic site, all of which were once found on the grounds of Kilmokea. Stay overnight and spend some time in the indoor heated pool and jacuzzi, reserved for guests of Kilmokea.

Drop by the pretty conservatory tea rooms, which are open March to November. Indulge your sweet tooth and enjoy a home baked cake, a fluffy scone or a slice of tart.
