Sligo Oyster Experience

Sligo Oyster Experience is located in WB's Coffee House, on Stephen Street, Sligo Town, and was established by Aisling Kelly Hunter. You can visit WB's Coffee House and try their delicious oysters, naked or baked, along with other oyster dishes.

Aisling found her love for oysters after meeting her now husband, Glenn, who is an oyster farmer. She decided to create the Sligo Oyster Experience to share her love of oysters with others who visit County Sligo.

They also run a seasonal Oyster Farm Tour where you get exclusive access to a working oyster farm. Guided by Aisling, learn all about Sligo's ancient seafood, take in the stunning views of Benbulben and Knocknarea mountains along with Sligo Bay and enjoy an oyster tasting by the shore with a local craft beer. Out of season private tours are available on request.
