About
The captain 'Viking Mike' started Viking Tours in 1999 as a themed passenger vessel and runs trips between Easter and Halloween. Set sail on the 75 minute round trip to Lough Ree or take the 90 minute one way trip to Clonmacnoise.
Enjoy a snack shop and bar on board as well as live commentary throughout the cruise as expert guides talk you through the history, flora, birdlife and marine life on the river and lake. Check the website for the most up to date sailing times.
Tickets can be purchased on board or online and you can even book a private cruise for corporate groups, weddings, tour guides, hens and stags.
