Waterford Treasures Museums in the Viking Triangle

Explore Ireland's oldest city in five spectacular museums or take a walking tour of the Viking Triangle, the settlement established by Viking invaders in 914 AD. The Medieval Museum is the only purpose built museum in Ireland which features two national monuments, two medieval buildings contained within the museum, as well as a host of other artefacts. The Museum of Time displays some of the finest Irish clocks and watches in the world alongside a host of modern technology to engage and excite visitors of all ages. In Cathedral Square the Silver Museum has one of the largest collections of Irish silver in the world in a dazzling display.
